Job Title: Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer (Vascular + Echo) Location: Plainview, TX Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week contract. This role requires strong proficiency in both vascular ultrasound and echocardiography, supporting a fast-paced acute care environment. First-time travelers are welcome, but must be fully skilled in required modalities. Schedule:<ul><li>Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)</li><li>Schedule: 4x10s</li><li>On-Call: Required (Weekdays evenings &amp; 24-hour weekends)</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform adult echocardiograms (including contrast and stress echo)</li><li>Conduct vascular ultrasound studies (arterial, venous, Doppler)</li><li>Complete general ultrasound exams as needed</li><li>Ensure accurate imaging and documentation in Epic</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and radiology team</li></ul>Requirements (Hard Stops):<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience</li><li>ARDMS / RVT or RDCS / CCI certification</li><li>BLS certification</li><li>Strong experience in BOTH vascular ultrasound and echocardiography</li><li>Proficiency in adult echo, contrast echo, and stress echo</li></ul>Facility Highlights:<ul><li>49-bed acute care hospital (Level IV Trauma Center)</li><li>Supportive radiology team</li><li>Free parking</li></ul>Additional Details:<ul><li>On-call coverage required</li><li>No training provided—must be fully proficient</li><li>Local and first-time travelers accepted</li></ul>Join a dynamic team and bring your advanced imaging skills to a high-demand, rewarding environment!
