Description

📍 L&D RN – Wausau, Wisconsin | Travel Contract

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
📏 Radius Rule: Traveler must live 50+ miles away from the facility

⏰ Weekly Hours Breakdown

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Orientation Week: Hours not guaranteed

📆 Schedule Expectations

Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend
Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday
Float: Not required

📞 Call / Low Census Policy

Travelers may be low censused and placed on call
Low Census Allowance: Up to 36 unbillable hours during the contract
Call Back Pay: Minimum 2 hours if called back in

👩‍⚕️ Experience & Certification Requirements

Minimum Experience: 2+ years OB with L&D experience
Required Certifications:
- AHA or ARC BLS
- Advanced NRP
- WI RN License

🏥 Unit Details

Unit Size:
- 11 Bed Labor & Delivery
- 8 Bed Postpartum
Annual Deliveries: ~1350 per year
Average Monthly Deliveries: ~112
Charting System: EPIC (preferred experience)

👕 Additional Info

Scrubs: Any color allowed
Flu Season Policy: Mask required if flu/COVID vaccine declined (facility policy)
