Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position offers guaranteed weekly hours and requires flexibility with shifts. The ideal candidate will assist Occupational Therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients needing support to regain functional mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

Support Occupational Therapists in delivering treatment plans for residents.
Assist patients with exercises, therapeutic activities, and adaptive equipment use.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Comply with state licensing requirements and professional standards.

Requirements

Active COTA license in the state.
Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
