Schedule:
• Days: 630a/730a- 330p/430p
• Every other weekend + holidays
• 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

Requirements:
• Must have OR Circulator Experience
• BSN required
• Minimum 2 year OR experience

• Active NY RN License

Certifications:
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or RQI only)
• NIHSS required

Experience Needed (Service Lines):
• Orthopedics (total joints, trauma, sports med)
• General Surgery (lap/open)
• Urology (litho laser)
• ENT (including pediatrics)
• GI (EGD, colonoscopy, dilatation)
• Spine (ACDF, fusions, discectomies, kyphoplasty)
• Ophthalmology (cataracts)
• Podiatry

Travel Pay (50+ miles required):

36 Hour Week: $2,346 Weekly Gross
• Taxable Hourly: $27.50
• Tax-Free Stipends: $1246

Contract Length:

13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Circulate in the OR across multiple specialties (ortho, general, urology, ENT, GI, spine, etc.)
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper surgical setup and equipment
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to changes
• Assist surgical team and anticipate needs throughout cases
• Float between facilities as needed (GGH & SSMH)
• Take call and be comfortable working independently when required
