Number of Beds – 15
Number of Staff –  18
Type of staff: at capacity 15 patients
Day Shift – 1 charge (takes full load), 2 RNs, 1 CNA
Night Shift - 1 charge (takes full load), 2 RNs, 1 CNA
Patient Ratios – 5:1, max 6:1
Type of equipment – VS machines, transfer equipment (hoyer lift, sliding boards, etc), EKG, bladder scanner, etc.
EMR – Meditech, Pyxis

Must have: 

Transfer training
EMR proficiency
Preferred or nice to have:  

Rehab experience
Rehab scoring documentation
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

Patient Transfers
Bladder Scans, Dressing changes, Medication administration
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

BLS
RN Licensure
Floating Area(s):

Med-Surge, Tele, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, Overflow Units (between hospitals Bay Area and DRMC)
Excludes ICU
