Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (most weeks expected to reach 40 hours)
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year
State License: Active state license required
Holiday Coverage: Not required
Bilingual: Not required
EMR: Epic preferred

Job Summary

A modern outpatient clinic is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress efficiently, with 1 hour of paid documentation time built into the schedule.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced and emerging clinicians.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism.
• Participate in team communication and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
