Job Title: Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room

Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift: Evening Shift 
Duration: Contract (13 Weeks or as per assignment)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a dynamic Operating Room team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will assist in a wide range of surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and support surgeons and nursing staff throughout operations.

This role requires strong experience in robotic-assisted surgeries (DaVinci XI) and the ability to work across multiple specialties in a fast-paced OR setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Support patient positioning and intraoperative care
• Assist with room turnover, stocking, and maintaining supplies
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
• Maintain accurate surgical counts and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist with ancillary tasks such as cleaning and inventory management
• Float between OR locations within the facility as needed

Surgical Case Types:

• General Surgery
• Robotics (DaVinci XI – required)
• Orthopedics & Neuro
• Urology & Gynecology
• Bariatrics
• ENT (sinus, ear, thyroid, etc.)
• Plastics
• Endovascular & Minor Vascular
• Ophthalmology

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Strong experience in robotic surgeries (DaVinci XI)
• Ability to scrub and assist in a variety of surgical specialties
