Job Details :

Role Focus: Outpatient Cardiology / Cardiac Rehab / Device Clinic RN
Main Patient Population: Early to advanced heart disease + vascular disease patients
Core Duties:
- Triage + patient care
- Cardiovascular assessments
- Acute & chronic cardiac disease management
- Point-of-care testing
- Care planning with providers/patient/family
Specialized Experience Needed:
- Pacemakers / ICD / CRT device patients
- In-clinic + remote device interrogations
- Review battery status, lead integrity, arrhythmia events
- Support device programming optimization
Procedure Support:
- Pre/post device implantation care
- Patient prep
- Wound care
- Monitor for complications
Medication Management:
- Anticoagulants
- Beta-blockers
- Antiarrhythmics
- Diuretics
