We are seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a welcoming and collaborative rehab team in a modern clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working one-on-one with patients, values strong team culture, and appreciates a supportive work environment with dedicated documentation time.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with most weeks expected to be closer to 40 hours
• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Lunch: 1-hour lunch break

• One-on-one therapy model
• 1 hour of paid documentation time built into the day
