Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: Hugo
Facility: Lincoln Health – 111 6th Street, Hugo, CO 80821
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: April 20 (ASAP – urgent need)

Schedule:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 3x12s (potentially Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – must be flexible)
• No On-Call

Compensation:

• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,126 (with housing & meal stipends included)

Unit:

• Extending Care Unit (Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The RN will provide high-quality care to long-term care residents and support a collaborative healthcare team in a rural community facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in SNF/LTC setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN License
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Must have consistent work history (no gaps allowed)
• No RTO (Requested Time Off) after submission
• Flexibility with schedule required
