Description

🌟 Hiring: Respiratory Therapist 🌟

📍 Location: Peoria, IL
🗓 Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: 12 hour nights
⏱ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

💰 Pay Breakdown (for 36 hours)
• w2 (taxable): $29/hr
• per diem (non taxable): $1245/week
• Gross weekly Pay: $2289/week

✅ Requirements
• BLS (AHA)
• CRT or RRT via NBRC (RRT preferred)
• Experience in a 300+ bed critical care facility
• Critical care experience required
• Must not have worked at OSF facility in the past 12 months
• Local rate applies within 50 miles

🏥 Role Details
• Patient Population: Adult, Intermediate, ICU
• 26–28 treatments per day (AARC point system)
• Equipment: Servo U, Servo i, LTV, Trilogy, ResMed S9, Fisher & Paykel
• RT Team Lead available on each shift (no patient assignment)
• 24/7 Hospitalist & Intensivist coverage

📅 Schedule
• 12-hour shifts (0630–1900 / 1830–0700)
• Every other weekend required
