Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel
Location: Johnson City, NY
Shift: Night Shift
Hours: 36 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a high-acuity care team in Johnson City, NY. This role involves providing advanced respiratory care to critically ill patients, including those in ICU and NICU settings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ventilator management and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver respiratory therapy treatments to patients in critical care and NICU settings
* Operate and manage ventilators including V60 BiPAP and Puritan Bennett 980
* Monitor patient progress and adjust respiratory care plans as needed
* Assist with airway management and emergency response situations
* Participate in patient transport as required
* Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
* Strong background in critical care and NICU
* Experience with V60 BiPAP and PB 980 ventilators
* Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
* Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Certifications & Licensure:

* Active New York State Respiratory Therapist License
* NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
* BLS (Basic Life Support)
* ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
