PAY:
Hourly Pay: $31.5/hr on W2
Housing Stipend: $700 weekly
Meals: $538 weekly
Weekly Gross: $2750 weekly for 48 hours
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Med Surg
Location - 3615 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79410
JOB DETAILS:
Full Time - 13 weeks contract
Night Shift - 7 pm to 7:30 am (12 hours shift) // 36 and 48 hours weekly
Are weekends required? Yes 6 weekend shifts in 6 week period
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes

What are expected ratios? 1:5
Work Location - On Location
Ability to commute/relocate: Lubbock, TX 79410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
Manage post-operative care, including wound care, drains, and pain management.
Monitor patients on telemetry (if applicable) and respond to abnormalities.
Coordinate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
Provide care for patients with feeding tubes, catheters, and other medical devices.
Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
REQUIREMENT:
At least 2 years of experience within the specialty - Required
TX RN License
BLS, ACLS
