Period of Performance: 6 months from Task Order effective date

Position Summary:

The Contractor shall provide qualified Radiology/CT Technologists. Technologists will ensure high-quality patient care while following hospital and clinic procedures, adhering to regulatory standards, and respecting the cultural practices of the patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Radiology/CT Technologist:

• Perform diagnostic radiology and CT examinations independently.
• Maintain quality control, including accurate patient demographics and image acquisition.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete all related documentation in RPMS, EHR, PACS, and other applicable systems.
• Respond to emergency imaging needs, potentially outside scheduled hours.
• Attend mandatory monthly training and facility orientation sessions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, hygiene, and uniform protocols.

Staffing & Qualifications

Radiology/CT Technologist:

• Certification from a recognized radiology body (ARRT) with CT specialty.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Image Gently & Image Wisely certification/training.
• Minimum of 2 years hospital experience.
• Familiarity with RPMS/EHR/PACS systems.

General Requirements for All Technologists:

• Cultural sensitivity to patient population, including the use of interpreters when necessary.
• Physical ability to perform all duties, including work in extreme temperatures.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to facility dress code.
• Complete required immunizations and health screenings per IHS Circular 95-9A.

Work Schedule & Overtime

• Coverage may include weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Hours and shifts scheduled by the Department Supervisor, with 24-hour notice for changes.
• Overtime requires prior written approval; all unscheduled overtime must be documented and submitted promptly.
• Monthly overtime reports must accompany invoices.
