Join Our Team as a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Day Shifts!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel COTA to provide top-tier occupational therapy services in a dynamic healthcare setting in Abilene, TX. This is your chance to broaden your experience, work with a supportive team, and travel to new locations—all while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

What You’ll Do:
As a Travel COTA, you'll deliver exceptional occupational therapy care to patients in need, ensuring they achieve their rehab goals in a collaborative team environment. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with scheduled hours of 40 per week, guaranteed for at least 36 hours. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Texas COTA License
  • BLS certification
  • LTC (Long-Term Care) experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in diverse healthcare settings
  • Additional certifications in specialty areas

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Certification as a COTA with active licensure in Texas
  • At least 1 year of hands-on LTC experience

Other Requirements:

  • Housing is not provided; candidates must review housing arrangements prior to submission
  • No on-call or callback duties
  • Be prepared to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
