Job Title: Wound Care RN
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(No weekends or holidays)
 

Job Description:
The Wound Care Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, and acute or chronic wounds. This role includes providing comprehensive wound management and educating patients and their families on proper care, treatment plans, and the use of appropriate supplies and equipment to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive wound and ostomy assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide treatment for acute and chronic wounds
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management
• Recommend and evaluate appropriate wound care supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Mandatory Wound Care Certification
• Minimum 3 years of wound care experience
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS preferred
