Is on-call required? Yes On call during 7 day on shift rotation
Are weekends required? Yes Every other weekend
Special requirements: Pharmacist will staff 7 days on and 7 days off - Wednesday thru Tuesday - Pharmacy Hours are 0700 - 1700; Call can be negotiated
