Title: Home Health Physical Therapist
Facility: Roper St Francis Home Healthcare
Location: 8536 Palmetto Commerce Parkway, Ladson, SC, 29456
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM - No call.
Start date: 06/01/2026
End date: 8/29/2026
Travel rates:
40 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility)
$30/HR (40 Regular hours) $1,200
Meal Allowance: $92/day ($644/week)
Lodging Reimbursement: $218/day ($1,526/week)
$3,370 gross per week

Our base plans are all free and covered by the company.
Requirements:
-Physical Therapist License in South Carolina
-1 year Home Health Experience
-American Heart Association - BLS
-Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy
