Description
Western Colorado pemier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist at our Willits Clinic, located in Basalt Colorado.
Due to increase in volume we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accomodate.
In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, weekdays will vary , but will include a Saturday schedule. Working at our Willlits Clinic, located in Basalt Colorado.
Housing Oppurtunity: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1790/month (studio) $1980 /month (small1 bedroom) - includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room and fully furnished. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
- At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
- BLS through the American Heart Association.
