Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - ER/Med Surg

Location: Arlington, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position requires primary Emergency Department (ED) experience; will also work Med/Surg with ED.
Critical Access facility setting.
Shift: Primarily night shifts, 12-hour shifts (day/night).
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend.
Charting system: Epic.
Charge nurse experience required.
First-time travelers not accepted; experienced travel nurses only.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Minnesota
Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including ED experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in charge roles; must be charge capable
Critical Access setting experience
Med/Surg experience
