Description

Job Title: Oncology RN – Travel/Contract

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 × 12-hour night shifts)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: 3 out of 6 holidays
On-Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: Yes

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of acute care oncology experience
Experience in inpatient adult oncology, specifically leukemia & lymphoma

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to adult oncology patients in an inpatient setting
Administer and monitor chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
Assess patient conditions and manage treatment side effects and complications
Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status
Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Float to other units as required

Certifications & Licensure:

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card (ONS Certified) – Required
