Position Overview

A traveler‑friendly facility in Liberal, KS is seeking an experienced Travel Ultrasound Technologist to support its rotating shift imaging operations. This role requires strong general ultrasound competency, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have completed at least two prior travel assignments.

Requirements

• Active ARDMS
• Current Kansas license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 completed travel assignments
• Strong general ultrasound experience across inpatient, outpatient, and ER settings
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound exams following established protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning, image optimization, and documentation
• Support imaging needs across ER, inpatient, and outpatient departments
• Maintain equipment readiness and follow all safety and infection‑control standards
• Collaborate with technologists, nurses, and radiologists to support efficient workflow
• Provide professional, patient‑centered care across all rotating shifts
