Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, managing life-support equipment, and responding to emergencies in a fast-paced ICU environment. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver direct patient care in the ICU (typical ratio 1:2)</li><li>Monitor cardiac activity and interpret dysrhythmias</li><li>Manage ventilated patients and critical care equipment</li><li>Administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips</li><li>Provide care for central lines, arterial lines, and IV therapy</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care</li></ul>
