Basic Life Support

Description

Performs skilled nursing visits to provide in-home care and facilitate healing and disease management.
Provides education on disease progress/management to patients and families.
Skillfully uses HCHB EMR charting software, providing accurate and timely documentation
Averages a daily caseload of 6-7 patient visits a day.

Required: • Active LPN/LVN license (Kentucky or Compact) • 1 year of recent, geriatric HH LPN experience (peds and private duty not accepted) • Strong wound care experience • HCHB charting experience highly preferred Job ID: 497552
