Description

Administrative Clinical Supervisor – Night Shift

Location: Bellevue Woman’s Center
Schedule: 3 days/week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Rotation: Every other weekend & holiday required

Key Responsibilities

Oversee L&D, Mother Baby, and NICU units during off shifts
Perform unit rounds every 2 hours
Monitor and adjust staffing & assignments throughout shift
Handle staff sick calls & scheduling updates
Attend bed meetings (8 PM & 5 AM)
Manage codes and conduct debriefs
Ensure AED/defibrillator checks (night shift responsibility)
Coordinate patient flow and floor assignments
Complete shift reports & documentation
Address staff concerns, protest forms, and communication

Requirements

RN with supervisory experience (minimum 2 years)
Strong leadership & communication skills
No direct patient care required
