Job Title: Pharmacist-in-Charge/Supervising Pharmacist
Location: Bronx, New York - 10467
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon– Fri)
Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed New York State Pharmacist to serve as our Pharmacy Manager / Supervising Pharmacist. This role offers full ownership of pharmacy operations, from staffing and workflow design to patient care and community engagement. You will have the autonomy to lead without quotas or micromanagement while focusing on quality care and clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with full operational authority.
- Design and implement pharmacy workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and staff schedules.
- Hire, mentor, and lead the pharmacy team.
- Provide direct patient care including counseling, medication therapy management (MTM), immunizations, and clinical services.
- Ensure compliance with NYS pharmacy laws and federal regulations.
- Influence business strategy, service offerings, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain professional standards, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist License in the State of New York
- 2-year of recent experience as Supervising Pharmacist
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy specialization
Must have a High School Diploma - PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Prefer)
