Job Title- MRI Technologist
Schedule: 5x8 Hours (Call Rotation Required)
Duration: 13 Weeks (based on start date)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Savannah, GA (100 miles radius)

Pay: $38/hour (W2) + $1580 Weekly Stipend
Weekly Gross: $3100

Job Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. This role involves working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department populations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Operate MRI scanners (including 1.5T Fuji systems) ensuring optimal image quality
Prepare and position patients for MRI exams, ensuring safety and comfort
Screen patients thoroughly for MRI safety compliance
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
Perform and assist with advanced imaging procedures, including breast MRI and breast biopsy (if qualified)

Qualifications

Associate Science degree (Required)
ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent MRI certification (Required)
AHA BLS certification (Required)
Minimum 2 years of MRI experience (Required)
Experience in high-volume MRI settings (Preferred)
Breast MRI and breast biopsy experience (Preferred)
