<p><strong>Registered Nurse – Labor &amp; Delivery (Float Pool)</strong><br /><strong>Location:</strong> Silverton, OR <br /><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 13 Weeks<br /><strong>Start Date:</strong> May 2026<br /><strong>Shift:</strong> Night Shift – 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)</p><h3><strong>Job Overview</strong></h3><ul><li>Deliver patient-centered care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations</li><li>Maintain high standards of clinical care in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Monitor and assess patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes</li><li>Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation</li><li>Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Schedule &amp; Work Details</strong></h3><ul><li>Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts per week</li><li>Every other weekend required</li><li>Holiday coverage: One summer holiday and one holiday eve (Memorial Day or July 4th)</li><li>Floating required across facilities within the system</li></ul>
