We are looking for a contract audiologist for our Audiology clinic in Janesville, Wisconsin. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducts comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments • Conducts hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards • Evaluates, repairs, and performs fittings on hearing aids • Performs VNG Testing • Performs Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping • Conducts follow-up evaluations for patients • Performs canalith repositioning maneuvers • Dispenses FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Doctoral Degree in Audiology - Education Verification Required Licensure as an audiologist in state of Wisconsin
