Description

Cancellation Policy: Up to 2 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks and up to 3 shifts for assignments 13 weeks or longer.

Unit: RN Memory Care/LTC

Unit Type: LTC/SNF

Required Certifications: BLS Certification

Shift Notes: 6:45 - 7:15; Every Other Weekend rotation

Charting System: Allscripts

Unit Notes-

- # of Beds/Residents: 120

- EMR: My Unity

- Ratios: "RN/LPN's - Currently- Days 1:38, Nights - 1:38 (low acuity)

- Medication Aides- 1 on AM and PM

- Types of patients: Mainly Moderate - Severe Alzheimer's, Deconditioned rehab, 5 Comfort Cares beds - (travelers typically don't staff).

- Experience or 'Must have' skills: LTC experience

- Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hours shifts 6:45 - 7:15. Manager does the scheduling- they try to honor traveler's request. Schedules are made 6 weeks in advance. - Overtime is available.

- Floating Requirements: Yes- Within Neighborhoods and occasionally to comfort cares.
