📍 Location: Mechanicsville, VA (Memorial Regional Medical Center)
📅 Contract Dates: 04/20/2026 – 07/18/2026
⏱ Schedule: 36 hrs/week | 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
📌 Shift Requirements: Every other weekend + major holidays

💼 Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level III unit in a highly supportive, team-based environment. This is a great opportunity for nurses comfortable with high-risk neonates and eager to expand their clinical experience in a well-staffed, low census unit.

🏥 Unit Details

• Level III NICU | 9 beds
• Patient Population: Early/late pre-term infants & high-risk, low birth weight babies
• Typical Ratio: 1:2–3
• Respiratory Support: Primarily bubble CPAP, high flow, nasal cannula (vents are rare)
• Equipment: Peripheral IVs, Umbilical lines, NG/OG tubes, syringe pumps
• Scrubs: Navy blue, white, or combination

✅ Requirements

• Active RN license
• Level III NICU experience required
• BLS & NRP required
• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable attending deliveries and utilizing NRP skills
• No local candidates (must live outside 50-mile radius)

🔄 Additional Details

• Floating may be required within the New Life Center or to other NICUs in the Richmond area
• No EKG exam required
• Interviews conducted by ITO
