Description
Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse - Oncology ICU
Location: Newnan, GA (City of Hope Atlanta)
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Days (3x12s, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Schedule set by manager | Weekends as needed
Job Description:
Join a specialized Oncology ICU team at a leading cancer care facility. This unit also supports MICU patients and focuses on thoracic surgeries, chest tube management, and complex post-surgical care. You’ll work alongside a strong interdisciplinary team including intensivists, NPs, CRNAs, and more.
Requirements:
- Active GA RN License (required at submission)
- BSN Required
- 2+ years nursing experience with 1+ year ICU
- Trauma Level II experience required
- AHA BLS & ACLS + CHEMO Certification (required)
Key Skills:
- Ventilator management, ABGs, vasoactive drips
- Central/PICC line care, chemo administration
- CRRT/CVVHD, dysrhythmia management
Additional Info:
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- First-time travelers accepted
- Floating within competency (MICU possible)
