Description
Traditional Med-Surg with some TCU( Transitional Care) patients. Staffing ratios: 5:1.....Scrubs: Navy....Want someone who can read interpret monitors and does not need a monitor tech. Want someone skilled with medication drips. Cameron Memorial Community Hospital is an independent, not-for-profit facility that proudly serves Angola and Steuben County. Filled with advanced equipment and skilled specialists, Cameron is a modern, high-tech facility that provides advanced diagnostics, a variety of specialties and cutting-edge treatment options that are combined with highly personalized and compassionate care .Weekend and Holiday rotation: Yes.. Will not float to other units.. Preferable if the nurse has prior EPIC EMR experience. BLS and ACLS required.. Our care teams consists of RN's, Charge Nurses, Patient Care Techs , Unit Secretaries and a night shift hospitalist NP. Current RN license in the State of Indiana. Minimum of 1-year Medical Surgical experience required prefer 3+ years experience. Heads up on some compliance items: Tdap is required-expires every 10 years. Declination not allowed. A Vision Assessment will need to be completed with the Physical Exam. N95 mask -Respirator Fit Test required for all units/specialties. TB: IGRA Blood Test within 30 days of Hire Date (QFT or T-SPOT)
