Med Surg / Tele RN – Nights | 36 Hours | Float Position

Location: Trinity Rock Island Hospital
Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM Start
Hours: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 Weeks

💼 Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Med Surg / Telemetry RN for a night shift travel contract. This traveler will provide direct patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and may float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.

📋 Position Details

• EMR: Epic Systems
• Floating required within discipline/local campuses
• Quickly interviewing viable candidates
• Phone/text outreach from 405 area code

💰 Pay Differentials

• OT/Holiday: 1.15x
• Call Back: 1.5x (2-hour minimum)
• On Call: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr

⏰ OT Rules

• For 36–40 hr contracts: OT after 40
• For 48 hr contracts: OT after 48

📌 Additional Notes

• NBO: 16 Hours
• Orientation based on facility schedule/start dates
• Must be comfortable floating

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License
• Med Surg / Tele experience required
• Prior Epic Systems experience preferred
• Float flexibility required
