Must have recent Hospice exp 2024-25
HomeCare HomeBase experience required
May consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train
Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
M-F, days Mainly weekdays but if agreeable, may use for after hours and/or weekends
