Job Title: Travel RN – Case Manager (Acute Care)

Location: Seattle, Washington
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager for an acute care hospital setting. This role focuses on care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients, including stroke care in a comprehensive stroke center. Candidates must have strong inpatient experience and the ability to manage complex patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient care plans in an acute/inpatient setting
Manage neuro and cardiac patient populations, including stroke cases
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
Support discharge planning and patient education

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of RN Case Management experience (acute care required)
Inpatient/Acute Care experience required
Epic experience required
BLS certification required
First-time travelers accepted
