Role Overview
Currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pharmacist In Charge who is passionate about community service, patient engagement, and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for someone who values patient outcomes over purely compensation-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescriptions in a timely manner
- Provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety through effective medication management
- Conduct visual verification of prescriptions for accuracy
- Deliver patient counseling and clinical support
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
- Immunization certification (mandatory)
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Experience in prescription processing and pharmacy operations
- Business acumen and operational understanding
- Preferred: 2–3 years of management experience
- Open to recent pharmacy graduates
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $60–$62 per hour
- Work Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; every other Sat off; Wed & Sun closed
- Store Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–1 PM
- Additional earnings: 40% of billed medical services (via medical billing platform)
