• Weekly Guaranteed Hours:  36
• Weekend Hours: included in the 36 hours
• Call Requirements: we do call/text when someone calls off shift or there are shift openings

• Float Requirements: all units if necessary

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 96 bed hospital, 4 units of 20-26 patients
• Patient Ratios: roughly 1:12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, & Adult Acute. 1:10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis/SUD
• Equipment:
• EHR: HCS

• Supervisor: Michelle Wade-Bennett, CNO

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adolescents 13-17 year olds, then 3 units of adults 18+

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Deescalation skills
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Behavioral health, Medical or dual diagnosis experience, able to do CIWA, COWS.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: average length of stay is 7-10 days, we are an acute stabilization behavioral health hospital
