- Friday: 12.75-hour shift
- Saturday: 13-hour shift

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home/field-based setting across Queens. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy working independently while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care outside of a traditional hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home/field settings
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Active RN License – New York
- Hospital experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
