Description

Position Overview – ER RN (Float/Variable Shift)

Shift Details:

3x12-hour shifts (Day/Night variable)
Every other weekend (EOW) + holidays required
2 On-Call shifts every 4 weeks

Required Certifications:

BLS (AHA or RQI)
ACLS (AHA or RQI)
PALS (AHA or RQI)
Stroke Certification (NIHSS preferred)

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years acute care hospital experience as RN
Minimum 1 year Emergency Department (ED) experience

Key Expectations:

Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night rotation)
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities
Strong ER clinical skills and acute care experience
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
