Description
Radiology Technologist / X-Ray Tech (CT)
Location: Rochester, MI 48307
Department: Diagnostic Radiology
Employment Type: 13-week contract
Schedule:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every other weekend rotation
- 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Perform computerized tomography (CT) scans and general radiology exams.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment safely and accurately.
- Provide patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding during procedures.
- Work across multiple settings: OR, ER, portable imaging, and general radiology.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures.
- Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Registered with ARRT and advanced CT registry or registry-eligible.
- BLS certification (Healthcare Provider).
- Minimum 6 months of radiology experience, including proficiency in OR, ER, portable, and general radiology.
- Reliable, dependable, and patient-focused.
