Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the accurate evaluation and treatment of patients across various medical settings, including emergency rooms, urgent care centers, and specialized imaging departments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of medical imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT (Computed Tomography), PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scans, mammography, DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scans, sonography, and nuclear medicine techniques. They will demonstrate proficiency in anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and image quality. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to patient care through precise imaging and diagnostic evaluation.
Job Title: X-Ray Tech
Shift: 2pm-10pm
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
Must have NJ State RT License
ARRT Certification required.
Minimum of 18 months experience in their field.
Experience with GE equipment
