Exciting Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) – Local or Travel

Current openings: Larkspur, Mill Valley, Oakland, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, and Santa Rosa, CA

PediaStaff is looking for a Physical Therapist for a great adult rehab opportunity. Job Details:
Job Location: Larkspur, Mill Valley, Oakland, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, and Santa Rosa, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks with possibility to extend
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Setting: Adult rehab
Position Type: Local or Travel
Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour

In this role, you will:

Evaluate and treat adult patients with a variety of mobility, strength, balance, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence
Work closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team
Complete timely documentation and maintain current plans of care
Help patients improve functional outcomes and overall quality of life

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California PT license
Adult rehab, SNF, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
