Exciting Opportunity: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Local or Travel

Current openings: West Palm Beach and Palm Bay, FL

PediaStaff is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant for a great adult rehab opportunity. Job Details:
Job Location: West Palm Beach and Palm Bay, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks with possibility to extend
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Setting: Adult rehab
Position Type: Local or Travel
Pay Rate: $30-$37 per hour

In this role, you will:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to adult patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence
Work closely with the rehab team to support strong patient outcomes
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising therapist and care team
Help patients improve mobility and overall quality of life

Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Florida PTA license
Adult rehab, SNF, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
