Minimum Experience and Certification Required:

• Physical Therapy Experience - Required: 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A).
• Degree in Physical Therapy - Required
• BLS – Required
• First Aid certification preferred.
• PT License – Required
• State Licensure Required
• Primary Source On-Line Verification - Required
