Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Nurse Educator (Long‑Term Care)
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30‑minute lunch)
Prior experience as an RNNPE in Long‑Term Care is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Nurse Educator for LTC clinical staff
- Provide onboarding, in‑service education, and skills validation
- Ensure staff competency with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support clinical quality initiatives and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate education and training records
- Utilize PCC (PointClickCare) efficiently for documentation and tracking
- Assist on the nursing floor when needed to support staffing and patient care
- Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (New Hampshire or compact‑eligible)
- Proven experience as an RNNPE in Long‑Term Care (HARD REQUIREMENT)
- Strong proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC)
- Ability to work independently and manage educational priorities
- Willingness to provide floor support when required
