💰 Pay Package (Estimated Weekly)

Total Weekly Gross Pay: $1976.00

Breakdown (Estimated):

• Taxable Hourly Rate: $20.00
• Non-Taxable Housing Stipend: $770/week
• Non-Taxable Meals & Incidentals: $406/week

Additional Compensation:

• California OT Rules: Overtime (after 40 hours) or Daily 1.5 times regular rate after 8 hrs in a shift, 2 x's the regular rate over 12 hrs in a shift. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for an outpatient clinic setting. This is an urgent coverage need, and candidates who can start quickly will receive priority consideration. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment and supporting patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and mobility limitations.

Requirements

Required:

• Active Ca Certification as a Surgical Technologist  (CST) license or NBSTA National Certification
• Graduate of an accredited CST program
• Current BLS certification
• Prefer 1 year recent outpatient or clinic experience.
• Proficient in ortho/spine surgical set ups.
• Ability to work full scheduled hours
• Must have ready to send in: MMR, Varicella, dTap, recent TB and physical, Drivers' License.

Preferred:

• Prior travel experience
• Experience with orthopedic and spinal surgeries
• EMR documentation experience
