Description

Shift Requirements: 2-12 hours shifts 1830-0700 and 2-8 hour shift 1430-2300 or 2245-0645

Required:

WI RN License and BLS. CPI helpful, but not required.
Minimum experience: 2+ years in SNF/LTC.
EMR: Matrix Care - not required. Previous electronic charting, helpful.
