RN – Med/Surg Acute / Inpatient Rehab | Pasco, WA

📍 Facility: Lourdes Medical Center – Lifepoint
📍 Unit: 2nd Floor – Rehabilitation
📍 Location: Pasco, Washington

🕒 Shift & Weekly Hours

• Shift Options: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours / Week
• Schedule: 3 shifts × 12 hours
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Days: Sat/Sun
Nights: Fri/Sat
• Call: None

🏥 Unit Details

• Unit: Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Beds: 10
• Patient Ratio: 5:1
• EHR System: Meditech
• Medication System: Omnicell
• Float: Occasionally to Med/Surg if needed

👩‍⚕️ Patient Population

Adult & Geriatric patients including:
• Orthopedic
• Neurologic
• Cardiovascular
• Stroke Recovery
• Amputations
• Traumatic Brain Injuries

📋 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience
• Preferred: Rehab experience + GG scoring documentation
• Certification: CCRN preferred (not required)
• Education: Registered Nurse (RN)
