🩺 Job Title: Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse (RN)

📍 Location: 760 Broadway, Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY 11206
⏰ Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
💰 Pay Rate: $45/hr | 💵 $1,950/week | 💸 $3,637.50 Weekly

✨ Job Summary:
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled RN specializing in wound, ostomy, and continence care to join our team! In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering expert care, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing quality of life every day.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Perform detailed assessments for wounds, ostomies & continence conditions
📝 Develop and implement personalized, patient-centered care plans
📊 Monitor healing progress and adjust treatments accordingly
👩‍⚕️ Educate patients, families & staff on prevention and care techniques
🤝 Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
📚 Lead training sessions and support ongoing staff education
🛡️ Ensure patient safety, confidentiality & adherence to best practices
🏥 Recommend and manage wound care supplies & specialty equipment

🎓 Required Qualifications:

🎓 Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN)
📜 Active New York State RN License
❤️ AHA BLS Certification
⏳ Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience
🩹 Hands-on experience in wound & ostomy care
🏅 Certification required: CWOCN / CWON / CWCN / CWS / WCC
